Turmeric + Ginger supplement is made with my favorite herbs, which help boost immunity and contain anti-inflammatory properties. The vegetable capsules contain 1500mg of turmeric powder and 300mg of ginger extract. This has helped me know the exact amount of herbs I am consuming a day.

I specifically picked this up to help with joint pain I was having from powerlifting. In under a week I was already seeing results. Elbows and wrists were feeling much better. I was able to make it through my training sessions without having to take longer breaks due to pain. Highly recommend for anyone having joint pain while lifting weights.

Took them for about 10 days and there are no negative side effects, can't tell the benefits because I'm loaded previously with all sort of other similar supplements. I take turmeric supplements everyday because I have fibromaylgia. I like that this supplement includes ginger which helps with inflammation. However, I'm not a fan that it takes 3 capsules to reach the value presented (1500mg).

I have been using tumeric/ginger/pepper for a while and it has kept away the inflammation in my joints. The Balance Breens brand seems to be a bit better than the one I have been taking. They are easy to swallow with no aftertaste and I like the freedom of movement that I have while taking these pills.

what I like about this product:- lots of benefits (joints/pain, inflammation, immune support...)- contains turmeric curcumin with black pepper + a bonus of ginger which is also good for your immune system and digestion- easy to take- I did not experience any aftertaste- good MG'sit does have some additional ingredients/fillers in it but overall good product.

The turmeric supplements have done a great job of reducing the general inflammation that comes with marathon training. My overall recovery from muscle soreness and fatigue following long runs seems to have benefited from it as well. There isn't a bad aftertaste, and I like that the pills don't contain dairy or GMOs. I have been pleased with this product thus far and will keep buying it.

I love it. I was admitted on June 27, 2020. I was about to finish up another ginger/turmeric vitamin. Didn't enjoy those any longer. commenced these. After that, I realize that I have less appetite. Particularly during my period, I had no appetite. It also functions as a cleanser. This vitamin is unique because of the addition of ACV. I adore the ginger/turmeric combination, but adding ACV also worked great. No joke, I'm actually ordering more. I've finally found something I like and that meets all of my needs. The joint pain in my left calf has continued ever since the surgery I had a year ago. I couldn't help but tense up. It vanished after just one week of use. That shocked me a lot. This will be kept.
