My skincare routine is very careful and thought out. It couldn't be left without an hyaluronic acid that I would take internally. I like that it's easy to take and 1x a day. So far my skin is definitely more supple (it's been 2 weeks) but I do make sure to also use a toner, hyaluronic acid and moisturizer with SPF in that order daily.

I haven't had any arthritis pain in my knees since I started taking these pills. So much so that I stopped taking my glucosamine supplements (which was more of a pain swallowing because of the size). This pill is simple to swallow, and you only need to take one per day. It's unusual to come across a 200 mg. Hyaluronic acid supplement in a single pill - and the price is even better. Overall, a fantastic value and deal.
