Good Supplement

It works well for thyroid support, but there is powder on the outside of the pills, and I have to take it slowly or it upsets my stomach. They are easy to swallow and a great value for money, though, and I make sure I always have them on hand because skipping them causes my period to appear. That is strange because I am premenopausal.

Except that I started taking it at the beginning of my, this stuff really worked for me. Everything in my neck that was causing my random double chin was definitely drained. Just made me sicker than I would have been otherwise. My doctor advised me to stop taking them.
