We offer a full refund on the purchase price of our products any time within 90 days (up to 2 bottles full or empty) for orders shipped in the United States. For more than 2 bottles, a store credit will be provided. To process a refund, please email us using our Contact Us page for instructions on returning the bottles.
Once we have received your returns, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
On Refusing a delivery your order is not eligible for refund
If you haven't received a refund yet please contact your Bank and Credit card company, sometimes it takes time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet.
We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
